| The firm has an excellent turnaround time. Once your order is placed, an inspection appointment will be made at your convenience. Information about the property to be appraised will be gathered at that time also. You can expect the completed report of a typical single family residence or small income property within two days from the inspection date. Commercial assignment fees and delivery dates are quoted on an individual basis. |
